**POSITION:**

**$6,000 Sign On Bonus**
**RESPONSIBILITIES****:** * Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient * Compile, compare and record patient care information * Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes * Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members * Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care * Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient
**SKILLS & ABILITIES:** * Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve * Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences * Excellent communication and time management skills * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations * What to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE****:** * Active LPN license in state of Nebraska * CPR certification * One year clinical experience preferred
