**RESPONSIBILITIES****:** * Selects, administers and interprets appropriate evaluation procedures for patients. * Compiles, records and analyzes evaluation information in order to assist in establishing a treatment program. * Identifies problems, formulates treatment goals and coordinates individual patient treatment programs. * Records pertinent patient information in order to document changes and comply with legal and ethical standards, including daily charting, team summary, plan of care, insurance justifications, initial and discharge summaries and patient exercise programs. * Records daily treatment charges and equipment/supply billing in order to insure fair and accurate financial records. * Analyzes and revises treatment programs to insure continuing appropriate intervention. * Modifies therapeutic interventions to accommodate the age of the patient population.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE****:** * Masters in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and current Nebraska Speech-Language Pathology licensure eligibility required. * Valid Nebraska driver's license and proof of good driving record required. * CPR for Health Care Provider/CPR for Professional Rescuer preferred.
