What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server's Assistant position at Madre?
The Madre Server Assistant is the backbone of the evening. Moving quickly through the background, our servers assistants maintain all the professionalism and double the pace of the service and bar team. If the service team is the head, the servers assistants are the hands and legs. Without proper support, any good operation grinds to a halt. Glassware suddenly disappears and the food stops moving. While our Service team is enthralling the guest, our Assistants are making sure it can happen.

Daily Tasks Include:
- Running food to tables quickly and accurately
- Communicating dining room needs to expo
- Polishing glassware silverware
- Helping dishpit efficiency
- bussing and resetting tables
- keeping side stations full of necessary items
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
