Construction Project Scheduler
A leading General Contractor specializing in Commercial, Healthcare, and Multi-family Residential projects is looking for a Construction Project Scheduler to join their dynamic. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction project management and scheduling, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time, on-site position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are accurate and up-to-date
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategies for efficient project delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues
- Prepare and present reports on project schedules and progress to management and clients
- Continuously review and improve scheduling processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project scheduling
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
