EH&S Supervisor Role Summary:
Madrich Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced EH&S Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective EH&S program, collaborating with team members to identify workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with OSHA General Industry Standards and Company Standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective EH&S program.
- Identify and report workplace hazards and near misses.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA General Industry Standards and Company Standards.
- Facilitate EH&S training for all members and measure progress towards meeting EH&S targets and objectives.
- Report and record EH&S data in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in EH&S within a manufacturing environment (lumber-related preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
- Understanding of facilitating a successful EH&S program.
- Ability to present and train team members.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with effective leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office software.
