Peggy Malone & Associates, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Processor to join our team and help our traffic data collection enterprise grow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various data-intensive tasks and projects such as processing data files, downloading reports, and finalizing data summaries for clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, work quickly and accurately, and coordinate effectively with team members and office personnel. There will be on-the-job training for this role, a successful candidate will need to be computer savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoy learning new skills.
RESPONISBILITIES
- Process data files from field technicians.
- Copy large video files and upload them to the database for processing.
- Download data reports and format/print them according to specific standards.
- Enter data into detailed excel worksheets for review.
- Finalize reviewed data, prepare final report summaries and submit them to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of office experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability and willingness to learn the traffic data collection industry.
