ABOUT MADRIGAL: Madrigal is a biopharmaceutical company pursuing novel therapeutics for non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), also known as metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Our first therapy, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), was granted accelerated approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adults with NASH with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (consistent with stages F2 to F3 fibrosis) and is being studied in a Phase 3 trial for the treatment of NASH with compensated cirrhosis. ROLE OVERVIEW: MANAGER, GLOBAL DATAWAREHOUSE As the Sr. Manager of Data Warehousing (ex-US), you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our data warehouse environment reporting to the Director of Data Warehousing and reporting. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the design and implementation of data warehouse architectures, ETL and data quality processes. * Lead program management of implementation of ongoing global commercial data management program supporting global launch of Madrigal portfolio. * Lead development and ongoing enhancement of global commercial data model. * Oversee all daily processing as well as necessary enhancement to Fact/Dimensions, intermediary, reporting and analytic tables. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Establish best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and data management. * Monitor data warehouse performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards. * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data warehousing and analytics. * Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to promote data sharing and integration across various business units. * Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation and selection of new data technologies and tools. * Document changes and enhancements to data models, maintaining up-to-date metadata and technical documentation. COMPENSATION: Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
