What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in retail or high-end hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of premium cigars and appreciation for the cigar culture
- Strong bartending management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in sales and team leadership
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings2
