Mae's Place Assisted Living is a 12 bed facility located in Bristol, NH that provides housing to seniors that are no longer able to live alone at home, but also do not require a nursing home. We are currently looking for an administrator who can work Monday - Thursday, for 35 hours/week.
Summary
As an Assisted Living Administrator at Mae's Place Assisted Living, you will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care. This role is vital in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of our senior residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Supervise staff, hire staff, and provide leadership and support to maintain high standards of care.
- Coordinate appointments and care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages resident engagement and socialization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior care or assisted living administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Knowledge of dementia and memory care practices is essential.
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills.
