RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

I am a first generation Asian-American who grew up among a diverse group of friends in the Hyde Park neighborhood. I have always loved the diversity of Chicago and greater Chicagoland. I am a graduate of Kenwood Academy High School and DePaul University with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I took the opportunity to move into the insurance industry when I found myself wanting to prioritize family over corporate responsibilities.
