Office Assistant
Are you dependable and highly detail-orientated with great interpersonal skills and a passion for client satisfaction? Office in Torrance is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing superior customer service to the company clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office administrative/customer service experience and be able to perform general tasks such as handling calls, calendar and database management and welcoming clients to the office. This team member will be instrumental in ensuring clients have the most memorable, positive experience.
Minimum requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work with all personality types
- Exceptional phone skills
- Experience working in a professional office
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite
This position requires that you possess the following skills:

Responsibilities/Office Administration:
This position will assist in maintaining exceptional customer service to help exceed client and regulatory expectations by following day to day tasks such as:
- Answer phones & greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
- Set client appointments
- Record notes from client conversation in an accurate manner
- Enter and maintain database of clients and prospects
- Manage filing system
- Maintain the office environment in immaculate and organized condition
- Assist in organizing events, event supplies, and promotional material
- Assist in the coordination of various vendor/client events
- Develop and mail letters to clients for various purposes upon request
- Send the following to clients, but not limited to: Appointment Reminders, Thank You notes, Birthday cards, gifts, invitations, etc.
- Prioritize daily tasks to be proactive in time management
- Assist with different tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
