Summary :

Negotiatesbidswithbrokersandassetbasedcarrierstomeetcompanysavingsobjectives
Overseesfreighttransferactivityfromterminaltoterminal
Developandmaintaincostefficientmethodsofoperation.Insurescustomersatisfaction,afacilityfreeofsafety hazards, and proper performance of operational processes
Fostersanenvironmentofcontinuousimprovement
Communicatesandenforcescompanypolicies,proceduresandrulestoemployees
Providesadvice,guidance,andassistanceasneeded
Recommendsandapprovesincreasesordecreaseinstaff;screensandselectsemployees;approveslongrange departmental plans, work goals, andobjectivesand standards
Assistsandevaluatestheperformanceofemployees'recommendationsandapprovesexpenditures,salary changes, promotions, transfers, changes in status and disciplinary action
Assignswork,trains,develops,andmotivatesemployees
Responsible for KPI metrics and PNL performance
Helping drive revenue into the Sation

115,000-$125,000 per year
- The above stated pay range is theanticipatedstarting salary range for the position.The Company may adjust this rangein light ofprevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salaryin accordance withall applicable laws.
