About the role :
Join us in our journey to define controls standards and roll out standardized controls, both financial and operational, for Maersk global operations for Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce, driven by data and process, while ensuring visibility and transparency!
As a Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, understand and map processes for as-is and to-be, including controls, RACI
- Review SOPs / IOPs developed by area / region teams
- Develop valuation of impact of risks and controls, and prioritize
- Define roadmap to for the workflow to move to future state with risks and controls
- Define automation possibilities to assist with current and future processes and metrics
- Partner with region to establish new procedures
- Drive closure of audit items and address risks

Pay Range : 90,000-$105,000
