The opportunity:
As a Customer Implementation Manager at Maersk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our services for our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process, from project planning to go-live, and ensuring that all customer requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation process for new and existing customers, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as needed
Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our services
We are looking for:
5 years' experience in logistics, including international supply chain management and forwarding services
Proven Project Management experience
Certification (PMP, ACP-PMI) preferred
Willingness to travel and work on-site on a project basis
Experience with new supply chain solutions, commercial engagement, and IT/EDI systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong project management tools proficiency (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and drive innovation
Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or a related field is a plus

Pay Range: $100,000-$120,000 USD*
