Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SailPoint Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with hands-on experience in SailPoint development, and a proven track record in team leadership and large-scale enterprise implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
-Architect, design, and develop IAM workflows, rules, policies, and connectors.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and provide scalable IAM solutions.
-Manage integrations with target systems (e.g., AD, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.).
-Implement lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver), access certifications, SOD policies, and RBAC.
-Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on SailPoint best practices.
-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to identity provisioning and access management.
-Maintain compliance with security policies, standards, and audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-13 years of overall IT experience with 6 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
-Strong experience in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).
-Expertise in custom connector development, lifecycle events, certifications, and role management.
-Deep understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, federation, RBAC, SOD).
-Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
-Experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
-Familiarity with cloud identity solutions (SailPoint IdentityNow is a plus).
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
-Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow/IdentityIQ Engineer) are a plus.
Preferred:
-Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
-Previous leadership or team lead roles on IAM projects.
-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-SailPoint certification (Developer / IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityNow)
-Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS integrations
-Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automation tools in the context of IAM
-Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust
