Key Responsibilities :
- Warehouse Operations Management :
o Oversee all warehouse operations including loading / unloading, receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, and inventory control.
o Supervise and manage receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments.
o Assign daily tasks and workloads to Warehouse Associates to meet operational goals.
o Monitor and maintain efficient workflows, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently.
o Lead by example, ensuring that all warehouse procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
o Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to warehouse staff to foster a productive and positive team environment.
o Cultivate a strong, motivated, and safety-conscious workforce through effective leadership and motivation.
o Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with the warehouse team.
o Reconcile any discrepancies found during physical counts with the warehouse inventory system.
o Ensure proper stock rotation and organization of inventory to minimize loss and maximize space utilization.
o Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety standards, following OSHA regulations, and promoting safety practices within the team.
o Ensure that all team members are trained in safety protocols and equipment handling.
o Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company policies to ensure the highest standards of production, safety, and quality.
o Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
o Provide regular updates on operational performance, challenges, and improvements.
