Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their dining experience from start to finish.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or similar systems.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all food is served in accordance with restaurant standards and properly sanitized before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring positive guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Process payments accurately, utilizing basic math skills for transactions.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including sanitation practices and guest relations.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and food industry standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.91 - $19.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
