Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in office management tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Support customer support initiatives by managing correspondence and following up on client requests.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and computerized, to ensure easy access to information.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve office processes.
- Complete a daily log of all checks sent out
- Send out daily remit statements to vendors
- Research any collection issues vendors may have
- Complete credit applications when requested by new vendors
- Organize and prioritize all incoming bills from vendors
- Assist with monthly commission reports
- Other administrative tasks as they arise and are needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management practices.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Competence in using MS Office and Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is highly desirable.
