We are seeking a proactive and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will support the company’s strategic goals by managing HR functions and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
Build relationships with networks, career fairs, and recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
Employee Relations :
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management, providing guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
Lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and regular feedback.
Performance Management :
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and implementing employee development plans.
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for training and growth.
Compensation & Benefits :
Administer and oversee employee benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure compensation packages are competitive within the industry.
Compliance & Policies :
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and company values.
Training & Development :
Design and deliver training programs to meet organizational needs.
Partner with managers to develop leadership and skill-building initiatives.
HR Metrics & Reporting :
Monitor and report key HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and engagement rates, to drive decision-making.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of HR experience across multiple functions, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Experience in the beauty or fragrance industries is a nice to have , but not required.
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
