Keep food machinery and industrial equipment running at peak efficiency, from conveyors and PLCs to boilers and variable frequency drives.

• 6-month Contract to Hire Position
• Pay Rate: $30/HR-$36/ W2
• The schedule is Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM-4:00 PM with the opportunity for overtime
• Miami, FL Office Onsite Role

What You’ll Do:

• Work on AC & DC systems (120/240V & 12/24/48V).
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, sensors, motors, and industrial machines.
• Install and upgrade control systems for peak production performance.
• Perform gas/arc welding, pipefitting, and mechanical modifications.
• Maintain and repair warehouse, lift equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and GMP standards.
• Be ready for emergency breakdowns and weekend shifts when needed.

What You Bring:

• Technical degree or certification (vocational training is a plus!).
• Hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in welding, fabrication, and machine assembly.
• Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
