Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits, fostering their growth and development.
• Develop and manage pursuit plans with business development and operations, ensuring compliance and quality from start to finish.
• Work closely with the Team Lead to refine strategies, processes, and efficiency in pursuit efforts.
• Coordinate with the data analyst to maintain the marketing database, project lists, and personnel resumes.
• Review and edit content for compelling proposals and presentations, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing streamlined processes for proposal development.
• Manage consultants, formulate award strategies, and gather case studies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction.
• Strong leadership and pursuit/proposal development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; detail-oriented with strong writing and editing abilities.
• Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary to meet deadlines.
• A team player who values mentoring, relationship-building, and contributing to a positive, supportive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
