Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated logistics specialist, fielder, and trainer to serve as our Fort Cavazos, TX representative for a large U.S. Army contract headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA. Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all aspects of fielding and training eventsDevelop System Support Packages (SSP) and conduct fieldingDevelop Training Support Packages (TSP) and conduct New Equipment Training (NET)Receive, review, and ensure all Units schedules for fielding and training events are available and correctly reflected in the Unit Master Fielding ScheduleEnsure all equipment and items are procured to support fielding and training; monitor due in and due out equipment until all requirements are filled and coordinate with installation points of contacts before and during fielding events to ensure installation provides logistics support requirements (facilities, fielding sites, equipment, tables, chairs, unit detailed personnel, Central Issue Facility (CIF) personnel, etc.) are providedInterface and coordinate with ASAALT, AMC, MACOMs and receiving units for logistics and training requirementsExecute fielding of equipment in accordance with the approved Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) or Memorandum of Notification (MON)Establish NET in accordance with the approved TSP (lesson plans, program of instructions, view grafts, charts, etc.) and obtain and maintain training certification from the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) Directorate of Training (DOT)Assist establishment, vetting, and training of Fielding Teams to conduct on-site activities associated with fielding equipmentPerform set up of fielding site and execute the fielding eventPack equipment for shipment upon completion of fielding eventsProvide Instructor Key Personnel Training (IKPT) interface with suppliers for NET TSPConduct NET and other PM training requirements (IKPT, Train-the-Trainer Training, sustainment training, etc.)Assist with displays for VIP; assist with coordinating firing ranges with associated ammunition to support New Equipment TrainingPrepare reports and deliverables on site status and activitiesLead, train, coach, and mentor one other fielder / trainerRequirements
High School / GED and greater than 14 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and greater than 12 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and greater than 5 years of relevant experienceCurrent SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)Certified Trainer with a minimum of six months' training timeExperience with automated logistics systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIndependent worker and self-starterCurrent U.S. blue passport and ability to travel (CONUS and OCONUS) up to 5%Adherence to and enforcement of program's teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual) while working remotelySpecial Note

The projected compensation range for this position is $63750 to $106250 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
