Job Summary

MAG Industries is seeking a Service & Merchandising Representative to join our team and support retail accounts across Pennsylvania. This remote role involves frequent travel to retail locations to ensure our products are well stocked, attractively displayed, and aligned with merchandising standards. A successful candidate will enjoy working with retail staff, solving problems, setting up displays, and finding creative ways to merchandise products. This position is designed to help stores optimize their layouts and drive sales through effective product presentation.

Location : Remote with frequent travel throughout Pennsylvania

Work Schedule :

Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (Hours vary depending on travel)

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail accounts to ensure product displays are appealing, well-stocked, and properly organized.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams

Set up and maintain displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Assist stores in placing orders and resolving product-related issues.

Collaborate with store staff to identify merchandising needs and offer creative solutions.

Move products as needed to create visually engaging displays and optimize shelf space.

Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain accurate inventory data, reconcile discrepancies, and report findings to management.

Required Skills / Abilities

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a creative approach to merchandising.

Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to store needs.

Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks like bending, stocking shelves, and setting up displays.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.

Qualifications

Retail experience, particularly in merchandising or stock management, is a plus.

Familiarity with setting up and maintaining in-store displays.

Ability to build positive relationships with retail staff and management.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Ability to travel frequently within Pennsylvania, including overnight stays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
