Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reconcile warranty receivables
- Post credits
- Verify the criteria required by the manufacturer under their policies
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resubmit any claims that have been rejected in a timely manner
- Stay well informed on all of the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures and to be aware of all changes

What You Offer:
- CDK system experience is preferred
- At least 1 year in the Automotive Industry
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Detail Oriented
