Job Description:
- Maintain insurance & licensing compliance for MAG and our subcontractors
- Assist in tracking and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing, administering, and obtaining project documents
- Prepare and administer regularly scheduled reports
- Assist Project Manager(s) in their daily duties
- Data entry in Microsoft Excel and order entry system
- Assist in setting up and maintaining project schedules
- Coordinate repairs and warranty work
- Assist in RFP Process
Skills:
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Must have exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Hard working, positive attitude and a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks with minimal direction
Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
