Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on software engineer with deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI to design, configure and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Lead Data Analyst and various business stakeholders to enhance and expand Magellan Aviation Group's cloud-based environment. You must have excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills to effectively present information to stakeholders and C-level management. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to develop, customize, and integrate new solutions within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, including Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Data Factory and Azure.
• Support the enhancement and maintenance of existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide support for data integration and transformation processes, including assisting with ETL operations under the guidance of the Lead Data Engineer.
• Participate in process automation and digital workflow initiatives to improve efficiency across departments.
• Provide end-user training and support for Microsoft Cloud tools, fostering adoption and effective usage.
• Stay updated with Microsoft Cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with a diverse team.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a desire to learn and grow in cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of databases (SQL) and basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience or coursework related to cloud computing, app development, or process automation.
• Certification(s) in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or Azure Fundamentals) is a plus.
