Your Role:
As an Advisor Development Representative, you will:
- Be the Primary Contact: Serve as the main liaison for a select group of financial advisors, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Provide Strategic Consultation: Offer expert guidance on programs, services, and solutions to help advisors expand their practices.
- Drive Business Growth: Engage proactively with advisors to promote the adoption of tools, training, and marketing strategies that accelerate asset growth.
- Facilitate Problem-Solving: Act as a bridge between advisors and internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective support.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and product offerings to deliver value-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate Events: Connect advisors with relevant training, workshops, and marketing events to maximize opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1–3 years in financial services, sales, or relationship management. Experience with financial advisors, FMOs, or RIAs is advantageous.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, strong organizational skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
