Who We Are: Retire Path is a high-growth Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm offering robust financial planning services with an emphasis on retirement and wealth management. Every week, we fill our advisors' schedules with eager prospects who want our help. No prospecting required. You get to focus on connecting with clients and guiding them toward their goals.
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 Commissions, Bonuses, etc.
What You’ll Do: As a Financial Advisor with us, you’ll lead clients through a structured financial planning process, identifying their needs and crafting plans that set them up for long-term success. Here’s a snapshot of your daily work:
- Conduct Initial Consultations: Meet with prospects our marketing team has engaged, using your listening and relationship-building skills to understand their goals and unique situations.
- Develop Tailored Financial Plans: Create comprehensive financial strategies using fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Manage Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support, answering questions, and ensuring clients feel secure and confident in their financial plans.
- Close New Clients: Use your people skills to demonstrate the value of our services and help clients make informed decisions to move forward.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You hold an active Life and Health Insurance License and an active Series 65 or 66 License (required).
- You have strong sales and closing skills with a natural ability to connect and communicate effectively with others.
- You’re experienced or knowledgeable in financial planning, ideally with time spent meeting face-to-face with clients.
