Compensation: 80,000 - 120,000 % of Revenue generated Bonuses

What You'll Do:
- Lead clients through our comprehensive financial planning process.
- Design custom financial strategies that include fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and insurance solutions.
- Take the time to understand each client's dreams and concerns, helping them navigate retirement with confidence.
- Stay motivated, focused, and adaptable, consistently working toward excellence in every client interaction.
- Collaborate closely with our team to deliver an exceptional experience for each and every client.
Who You Are:
- Builds Trust with People – A natural communicator and listener, you’re skilled at establishing connections and building trust with clients.

- Meets Licensing Requirements – Holds an active Life and Health Insurance License and Series 65 or 66 License.
