Compensation: $55,000 - 75,000 Bonus/Growth Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and support.
- Manage and process client service requests, including account openings, transfers, and maintenance.
- Assist advisors with preparation for client meetings, including compiling reports and managing required documentation.
- Ensure all client information is updated and accurate in our CRM database.
- Handle inquiries related to transactions, account updates, and other service needs.
- Assist with financial workshop logistics and client communication follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any client issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Series 65 and insurance licenses (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
