Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 (based on experience)
What You'll Do :
Seminar & Event Preparation – Organize seminar materials, maintain supplies, and ensure seamless event execution.
Client Engagement – Make calls, send reminders via text and email, and follow up with event attendees.
Event Support – Attend and assist at seminars (mostly evenings / weekends) to provide a smooth, welcoming experience for guests.
What We're Looking For :
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable making calls & sending professional emails
- Experience with marketing tools (Bomb Bomb is a plus—training provided!)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
