Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Paraplanner to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals aspiring to become financial advisors. The Paraplanner will support our lead advisors in delivering exceptional client services, contributing to the success of both our clients and the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Client Service: Assist in preparing for client meetings, including gathering and analyzing client data, and developing financial plans.
- Financial Planning Support: Prepare and write financial reports, research financial funds and products, and provide administrative support to financial advisors.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on financial products and market trends to support advisors in making informed recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in financial planning or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
