Job Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketer/Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy to boost online visibility, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, well-versed in the latest social media trends, and capable of turning insights into actionable strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure all content is aligned with Retire Simply's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and enhances our digital presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.) that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- Platform Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring performance.
- Campaigns and Analytics: Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Audience Engagement: Grow and nurture our social media community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering conversations that build relationships.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects Retire Simply’s values, voice, and branding guidelines across all platforms.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously optimize strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer/Manager or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
- Experience with social media advertising, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
