Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 Bonus Opportunities
Your Role
As a Trading Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing essential billing and trading functions while supporting the operational processes that keep client accounts running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities
Trading Operations
- Execute daily trades, including portfolio rebalancing, cash generation, and proportional purchases via Fidelity Wealthscape.
- Respond promptly to trade requests, providing detailed confirmations to advisors and clients.
- Manage block trading operations with careful validation, review, and allocation accuracy.
- Handle alternative investment transactions and reinvest proceeds into portfolio models.
Billing Operations
- Oversee monthly advisory fee billing using Black Diamond, ensuring all data aligns seamlessly with Fidelity Wealthscape and Redtail CRM.
- Generate and upload precise billing reports, resolve discrepancies, and process fee adjustments with accuracy.
- Maintain compliance documentation and provide detailed fee information to support internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in billing, trading, or operational roles within the financial services industry.
- Tools & Software: Familiarity with Fidelity Wealthscape, Black Diamond, Redtail, Emoney, and Riskalyze is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, particularly in managing and analyzing complex datasets.
