Role Summary:
As a Web Designer at our firm, you will be instrumental in developing our online presence and strengthening our brand identity. Your mission is to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing web experiences that resonate with our clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, web development skills, and a deep understanding of modern web design principles and technologies. You will lead the design and implementation of website features, ensuring they align with our campaigns and digital strategy.
Salary for this position : $55,000 - 80,000 (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Implement responsive web design to ensure our site is accessible across different devices.
- Collaborate to ensure the best practices in user experience are integrated into our website.
- Conduct website testing to ensure functionality across all platforms and browsers.
- Manage updates and upgrades to our website, enhancing features and improving navigation as needed.
- Stay current with the latest web design trends and technologies to keep our website modern and effective.
Qualifications:
- Experience in web design, with a portfolio that includes a variety of web projects.
- Proficiency in web design tools and software, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and leading web design projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
