Title: Hospital Telephone Operator - Onsite
Salary: $16.50/hr to $17.50/hr
Location: Palm Coast, FL

Magellan Solutions USA is a bidding on a contract to provide 24/7/365 call center services to a well-known major government medical facility.
We are seeking Telephone Operator candidates who have experience working in a medical call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide directory assistance to incoming callers.
- Provide information regarding directions, locations of facilities, general hospital policies, visiting hours, and lost and found.
- Provide paging assistance where required.
- Transfer calls to a “hot line” as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical experience including proficiency with Microsoft office, email, etc.
- At least 6 months experience in a medical, hospital or clinical environment.
- Experience understanding and meeting performance requirements including SLA’s, KPI’s or metrics.
- Previous experience in a medical military environment is preferred.

Schedule:
- Multiple schedules available including day shift, evening shift and overnight shifts. Note – Overnight shifts receive a $1 per hour premium.
