The Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth through proactive outreach, client relationship management, and effective sales strategies. This role requires a dynamic and resourceful individual to identify and engage potential customers, maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, and support the company's sales objectives. The Account Manager will represent the company's mission and values while monitoring market trends to stay competitive. This is a West Coast region and will require travel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls / in person meetings with potential new customers along with hosting demonstrations.
- Check in and maintain relationships with existing customers and place orders.
- Research new potential customers and potential leads.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings via conferencing software.
- Attending tradeshows as requested.
- Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure their satisfaction and to provide any technical help they may need.
- Track sales performance of existing client base and allocate resources accordingly.
- Competitive landscape- Monitor competitive environment regarding product specifications and competitive pricing.
- Additional Duties as Assigned.
