Fort Lee, New Jersey and New York based prominent personal injury firm seeks personal injury, litigation and trial attorney with Korean language proficiency to work full time on-site in our Fort Lee, New Jersey office location.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings and trials
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Conduct legal research to support legal proceedings
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
- Manage and oversee legal administrative tasks
Experience:
- Five (5) years proven experience as an attorney in a New Jersey and/or New York personal injury law firm setting. Both New Jersey and New York bar admissions required.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, legal drafting, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other relevant resources
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
