Maggie's Farm in Middleton is looking for a Part - Time Barback to join our team! You must be 18 or older for this position. Maggie's Farm is an incredibly busy location, this is a tipped position, which translates to money in your pocket!

We are seeking an organized and detail oriented individual interested in learning about cocktail recipes and infusions. This is a fast paced position requiring a strong ability to multi-task. With time, and outstanding performance, there is room for promotion to a bartending position. Candidates must show a willingness to learn, pleasant demeanor, overall high standard of cleanliness and organization, and an innate awareness of their surroundings.

Responsibilities of the Bar Back include:

• Maintaining cleaning procedures
• Various organizational tasks
• Pleasant demeanor and ability to both work well as a team
• Routine stocking and organization of inventory
• Polishing glassware
• Changing of kegs
• Greeting guests
• Anticipating bartenders' needs
• Periodic cleaning of bar

• Must be able to work nights and weekends, specifically Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Must be available to work 2-3 days a week
• Assist the bartenders as needed, including clearing and stocking the bar
• Must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably
