Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff, ensuring that tables are promptly cleared and set for new guests, contributing to the overall efficiency of our food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and glassware are removed promptly.
• Assist in setting up tables for new guests, including arranging silverware, napkins, and condiments.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces as needed.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Support the kitchen staff by assisting with food service tasks as required.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance the overall guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with bussing techniques and practices within the food industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
