Our organization is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have leadership abilities, as well as a background in hospice and palliative medicine. Must have a RN degree and a hospice heart, knowledge of Home Care Home Base EMR a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical services, overseeing the delivery of quality patient care, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. You will be part of an amazing clinical management team working along side of another ADCS and a DSC. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about patient care and committed to providing the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical services department.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
- Provide oversight of patient care services, including outpatient, hospice, and palliative medicine.
- Monitor patient outcomes and develop strategies to improve quality of care.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers in the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $93,678.00 - $115,000.00 per year
