This is a full time position Mon - Fri.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in hospice settings, including catheterization, and tube feeding as needed.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer basic life support and manage airway concerns as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations while delivering compassionate end-of-life care.
Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
