House Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and office spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction through thorough cleaning practices.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential homes and commercial establishments.
• Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including organizing rooms, making beds, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs may be required.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
