Magic City Ford Lincoln Isuzu, Roanoke, VA is seeking outgoing individuals to join our team and ensure our clients have an outstanding experience at our dealerships.
The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as a member of a group, and most importantly a heart for service.
This is a full time position with an excellent compensation and benefit package. No experience necessary. Paid training with an excellent compensation plan that has an unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize effective communication skills to present vehicle features and benefits.
- Assist in managing inventory and maintaining a well-organized showroom.
- Participate in outbound sales efforts and follow up with potential leads.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to engage in public speaking and outbound sales
- Basic understanding of automotive sales and inventory management
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
