Magic City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Bedford Virginia is seeking the right candidate to take the lead as our F&I Manager. Magic City Auto Group has locations in Roanoke, Lexington, Covington, and Bedford. This is not an entry level position. Sales and Financing Experience is a Must!
As an F&I Manager, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by assisting customers with financing options and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. We need a take charge person that can do the following:
- Lead sales team to consistent growth and increasing gross profit
- Collaborate with executive team to develop store objectives and goals for sales staff
- Proactive customer contact in person, on-line and by phone
- Building solid relationships with customers to insure repeat business
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department- Review and analyze customer credit applications
- Present financing options to customers and explain terms and conditions
- Prepare and finalize all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and leases
- Process title and registration paperwork
- Coordinate with lenders to secure financing for customers
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Must have the following qualities/abilities to be considered for this position:
- Be highly adaptable - must be able to think on your feet
- Interact with guests early to guide, drive and direct sales process
