Duties:
- Efficiently schedule and manage customer appointments in accordance with established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and appointment details.
- Support the sales process by upselling services when appropriate.
- Analyze appointment schedules to optimize efficiency and customer flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
-Any dealership experience is a plus
-Ability to use a multi-line telephone system
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
- Experience in upselling or sales is plus.
