We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and document all interactions with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
