The typical schedule for this part-time office management role is Monday - Friday, 11 am - 3 pm. As an Assistant Project Manager, you're the go-to for keeping our projects organized and on point. You update and track project tasks daily, ensuring everything from furnishings and materials orders to contractor assignments is on schedule. Your days are filled with directing calls and emails, setting up meetings for our Interior Designer and Project Managers, and keeping our templates and task lists fresh and functional. Plus, you stay in close touch with the team and stakeholders, making sure everyone's looped in on project progress and that no task falls through the cracks. You're not just managing projects; you're making sure we hit every mark, every time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of administrative assistant or office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software
- Knowledge of interior design or theming
- Experience drafting proposals or estimates
- Experience with ChatGPT
- 3 years of project management or operations experience
- College degree
