The opportunity
As an Engineering Services Administrative Partner within our Factory Test and Calibration Organization, you will be a key player in supporting technical operations. Your responsibilities will include asset management, documentation, logistics and planning, purchasing and vendor relations, lab ownership, and various daily initiatives critical to our success.
This role will be required to be onsite in our headquarters located in Plantation, FL. Relocation assistance may be available.
What you’ll do
- Manage lab operations, organization, and safety protocols.
- Track and manage assets and inventory, including capital equipment and prototype devices.
- Own bill-of-materials for assets and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with vendors and handle purchasing, request-for-quotes, and invoices.
- Oversee logistics, including shipping and receiving operations.
- Plan and schedule maintenance efforts to ensure smooth operations.
- Streamline and enhance administrative processes.
- Coordinate projects and provide light project management support.
- Provide daily operational support, including transaction processing and follow-ups.
