Job Summary:
Welcome to Magic Roofing and Siding and Solar! We are an exterior remodeling and solar company located in Ewing, Downingtown PA, and Mullica Hill NJ with over 15 years in business. Our coverage area is New Jersey, Eastern PA, and Delaware. We are seeking highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist's to join our Solar sales team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through Door-to-Door canvassing and prospecting. Your primary goal is to identify and qualify potential customers, increasing sales opportunities for our business. This role is an entry level opportunity for hungry entrepreneurs to learn the construction industry while they earn a healthy paycheck! We work as a team, have a great time doing it, and have monthly incentives and competitions to help everyone reach their goals! This position is great for high school and college graduates who aspire to make big strides in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted door-to-door marketing to offer complimentary exterior home inspections and collect information about their needs and interests.
- Utilize outside sales strategies to connect with customers and introduce our products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport with clients.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless sales process and meet sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, prospects, and customers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to refine lead generation strategies.

Experience:
- Experience in business development, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of inside sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in .
- Experience with warm calling, cold calling, or prospecting.
- Familiarity with various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and event marketing.
